12 (11hrs) in the greater Calgary Area

First off, I must apologize for not getting all 13 images. Both of my sons play on the same hockey team, I'm a coach, and we had a 7:15am game. I forgot my camera in the van and couldn't leave the bench during the game. So, I started at 9am.

9am - Airdrie Alberta - quick grocery store stop

10am - fuel up at starbucks

11am - it's a shopping day. at least there are a few stores for the guys.

12am - hockey life store

1pm - lunch (however terrible it may be...)

2pm - my little girl loves shopping. especially when there's mirrors

3pm - driving home to Strathmore

4pm - hitting the local skating pond

5pm - still playing pond hockey

6pm - supper. (probably one of the worst days for us - nutritionally speaking)

7pm - a movie for the family, and one for my wife and I

8pm - finish the day by trying a new beer.

My 12 Hours in Northern California

8 am Trinidad Harbor - Walking the dog

9 am Strolling along the Pacific Ocean

10 am Yard Sale

11 am The Discovery Museum

Noon - Still at the Discovery Museum

1 pm Lunch at Los Bagels

2 pm Horse and Carriage ride anyone?

3pm The ice cream parlor

4pm running errands 5pm to work out or to not work out? that is the question.

6 P.M. Getting ready for the night

7 P.M. Showing some love to the dog
8 P.M. Project done!

12 hours in (and around) Canmore, Alberta

8am - Peaceful breakfast :)

9am - Finn helping me with the laundry

10am - Another warm day! And it's snowing like crazy.

11am - Back in the car after finally meeting up with everyone, now off to the trailhead

12pm - Skiing along the Goat Creek trail, starting from Canmore, heading to Banff

1pm - Lunch break at the first bridge

2pm - Crossing the second big bridge - still snowing like crazy

3pm - Still snowing! (the Chariot behind me is covered now)

4pm - Skiing with Finn on my front. Nearly there.

5pm - Finally got to the carpark (18km later), then hike up the hill to the Banff Hot Springs.

6pm - I opt for hot chocolate instead of hot springs (too dehydrated!)

7pm - Car shuffling complete, we all head back to Canmore

8pm - Hanging out on the sofa with the boys

Saturday February 12

If anyone still reads this, I'd like to arrange another 12 hour in photos day next Saturday. I enjoy seeing a day in the life of people near and far on this blog.
