Yeah, that sounds like a good idea. I'll send out an email in the next day or two to everyone. If you know of other who might want in, have them email me: jeromebike(AT)gmail(DOT)com.

Cheers.

I'm in. Been following waiting for a event. Who monitors this? Can I post to it without an event? I want to do a local event, send invitations for a party, 'bring your own 12 hours of photos'....Concord MA

Heck yeah!

Here's an idea: just assign specific days to be the 12hr.in photos days---say, 4 times a year or whatever---then the project will be self-generating and you won't have to send out invites. This way, we can all know when we can do it and look forward to it.

Thanks!
E.

Okay, let's get it rolling!

Rossa, if you send me an email jeromebike(AT)gmail(dot)com, I can add you as a contributor to the blog.

Eero, sheer genius! I'll put up 4 days throughout the year and we'll just do it as such.

I think it should also be a little stricter, and I'll let everyone know. If you can't make the date assigned, you will simply need to wait until the next go round. It kind of defeats the intent of this project if people post willy nilly ya know?

Okay, I'll do up a new post with the dates, and spread the word. We'll make the first one sometime in October, and then even spaced throughout the year. I'll also try and get everyone updated so I can send a mass email and let all those who were in the project in the past, but may not have checked back here for a while.

If you have other who want in, have them email me! I'm going to advertize on FB and everywhere I can think of. In my opinion, the more people participating, the better it is and the better job it does of showing what a specific day looks like in different parts of the world. I look forward to working with you all again!

Cheers.
